Found Janice on Yelp and we met around Feb. In retrospect, I wish we met her sooner. She said, just give me the keys and "I will take care of everything", music to my ears and she totally lived up to it. The next time we saw the property, it was renovated with the agreed upon changes for a small price. By the way, she never even asked for the renovation payment until I brought it up as we were nearing the close of escrow. It's rare to have mutual trust these days where a person's word is good as gold. We closed on 5/15/2017 at a very competitive price All this was accomplished with tenants in place in the downstairs unit. Janice has an impressive track record. Be sure to review her "book".
